“We hired 100 Proof People to cater a family party for 65 people, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
Krispin put together an incredible barbecue menu with smoked brisket, pork sliders with all the garnishes, a smoked mac and cheese bar with tons of toppings, green beans, and the Big Time Baked Beans, which I honestly still can’t stop thinking about. Every single thing was absolutely delicious, and our guests were raving about the food all day long.
What really made the experience stand out was that Krispin took care of everything. He set up the food stations, provided linens for the tables, supplied serving utensils, created labels for all of the food, kept everything stocked throughout the event, and handled cleanup afterward. Because of that, my family was actually able to relax and enjoy the party instead of worrying about the details.
The mac and cheese bar was a huge hit, and there was never a moment when food trays looked empty. Krispin was constantly making sure everything looked great and that our guests had what they needed.
His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuinely caring about making the event successful did not go unnoticed. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the entire day was completely stress-free because he had everything covered.

“If you are looking to elevate your next event, you need to hire Kris! 100 Proof People is incredible. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but the cocktail pairings are completely on point.
I’ve tried many of the food and drink items Kris prepares, and the barbecue—whoa! My husband is from the South and is VERY picky when it comes to BBQ, and he thinks Kris knocks it out of the park.
The tacos are another major winner! They feature fresh ingredients and mouth-watering meats. And how could I forget the cocktail pairings?
