I'm Krispin Dolbear, and I've spent my whole adult life bringing people together — hosting big Thanksgivings, trading dishes in a rotating dinner club, and running a bourbon club for ten years. Along the way I realized that the things I love most about hosting — thinking about what matters to people and sweating the small details — are the same instincts behind my career in user experience design. 100 Proof People is where those two passions finally come together.

Here's what we do: immersive, themed menus for private events, where every dish and cocktail are designed to go together — and where your guests get a little of the story behind them. Picture a warm, flaky empanada and bright cocktail made with mezcal that grew up in the same region — served side by side. It's cohesive, personal, and warm — never stuffy or pretentious. Scratch-made food, craft cocktails (or thoughtful mocktails), and the story that ties them together, all from one team.

The name isn't about me — it's about you. 100 Proof People are foodies and explorers: the ones who appreciate craft, get curious about where flavors come from, and genuinely love to gather. They host dinner parties and milestone celebrations for their chosen family, they care about what's on the table, and they're after an experience they can't get at a restaurant.

A bit of the practical stuff: I'm a solo entrepreneur, ServSafe Manager certified, with my Onondaga County food service permit, commercial kitchen, and insurance. I serve Syracuse and the surrounding Central New York region — backyards, homes, lake houses, and private venues alike.
