Who Are Your 100 Proof People?
This business grew out of years of hosting gatherings centered on good whiskey, thoughtful cocktails, and food made from scratch. What started as a personal passion became something more defined over time: a way to bring people together around bold flavor, genuine hospitality, and an experience worth remembering.
The name 100 Proof People comes from a simple belief: some people are the real thing. They’re the ones that show up, bring energy to the room, and make a gathering matter. That’s who these events are built for. With authentic food, craft cocktails made from scratch, and an experience that feels deliberate from start to finish, the goal isn’t to make things fussy. It’s to make them memorable — with bold flavor, strong hospitality, and an atmosphere that feels effortless.

How It Works
We offer two different ways to bring food and cocktails together, depending on your event setup and what level of service you’d like.
Option 1: Full Food + Cocktail Pairing Experience at Your Home
For in-home events we provide food, paired cocktail recipes, and light education for your guests on the food and spirits and how they work together.
We recommend and can coordinate hiring a licensed bartender service to provide all non-alcoholic mixers and supplies, do the mixing, and handle pouring.
Because neither we nor a pouring service has a liquor license to sell alcohol directly, you would supply the alcohol per a shopping list we make for you.
Option 2: Food + Cocktail Experience at a Licensed Venue
If your event is held at a bar, restaurant, or other venue with its own liquor license, you can hire us for the food, paired cocktail recipes and food/spirits education, while the venue handles alcohol service.
